How do I place a Same-Day Delivery order?
Step 1 Make sure you meet the $50 minimum (not including taxes) prior to checking out
Step 2 Disregard the delivery method and complete the address information to validate that your address is eligible for free local delivery.
Step 3 Click the Continue to Shipping/Delivery button
Step 4 In the next screen you should be able to choose between Local Delivery or UPS shipping Choose Local Delivery and enter your phone number for updates on ETA.
Step 5 Proceed to check out by clicking the Continue to Payment button
Step 6 Fill out all of your credit card information and click the Pay Now button
Step 7 Your order has now been placed and should be ready shortly! Check your phone for updates on where your order is in the delivery process.
Why does it only say Curbside Pickup or Shipping on my order?
In order to validate that you are eligible for free local delivery you must input your address information before the local delivery option can appear. (see above for step by step guide)
Why can't I place a Local delivery order?
Your order is either less than our minimum of $50(prior to tax) or you reside outside of our delivery zone.
Where is Same-Day Delivery available?
Same-day delivery is available in select areas only, Click here for more details.
I don't fall into the delivery zone, is their another option for Same-Day Delivery?
If you live outside our local delivery zones but would still like to place an order, please call us at 718.479.WINE (9463) to see if we will make an exception. For corporate orders and orders outside of Queens that are over $150 please see click here
Is there an order minimum?
- All Local Delivery orders require a $50.00 minimum*
Are there any delivery fees?
No. We love to serve our customers!
How long will the delivery take (what is the delivery timeline)?
- Local delivery orders take anywhere from 1-1.5hrs depending on time of the year and traffic.
What should I have ready to receive the delivery?
Please have the following items ready prior to your delivery as the Driver will request the following information:
- Valid Government issued photo I.D. proving that you are 21 or older
