Founded in 1896 the Willm Estate in Barr is located at the foot of the majestic Kirchberg de Barr Grand Cru vineyard. With a longing to share their wines worldwide, adventurous founder Emile WILLM, was one of the first from Alsace to introduce their wines to the U.S. market.
The Gewurztraminer grapes used to produce this wine are small bunches that are hand harvested. These tiny jewels are filled with rich aromatic compounds with very little juice but plenty of beautiful balanced acid and perfect sugar content.
