Created in 1869, Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial Champagne embodies Moët & Chandon’s unique style, a style distinguished by bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
Comprised from more than 200 different crus, Moet & Chandon Champagne Nectar Imperial was crafted primarily around the Pinot Noir varietal. Making up more than 50-60% of the structure the champagne is balanced out with 30-40% Meunier and 10-20% Chardonnay. Although the Chardonnay and Meunier take a back seat to the predominantly Pinot flavor, they surely add depth and complexity to enhance the overall flavor.
Notes: Semi-Dry, light-bodied. Aromas and flavors of pineapple, kiwi, quince, honey and vanilla. Pairings: Crab Cakes, baked brie, chocolate covered berries
