Made from 100% wild coyote agave harvested after a 12 year maturation, Convite Tobala Joven Mezcal is crafted using strict artisanal practices beginning with their traditional underground stone oven to cook the agave. Next, the agave is crushed using a burro-drawn tahona stone and finished naturally as it's fermented in wooden vats. Double distilled in a copper pot and bottled at 46% Convite Tobala Joven Mezcal Tequila is smoky like most mezcals, but has am immense citrus forward flavor that is followed by a plethora of tropical fruit flavors and a bit of spice.
