One of the most popular wine in the collection, Chandon Etoile Rosé is a blend of the top lots of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay made in a dry style. In keeping with the traditional rosé winemaking method, a small amount of red wine (Pinot Noir) is added prior to tirage to create the distinctive hue.
Combining the forward fruit of a red wine and the elegant structure of a white this wine is then aged for at least five years, resulting in a wine that is structure, refined, layered, and complex with excellent length and richness that will stand up to a variety of foods.
