Oyster Bay Vineyards has deep roots in New Zealand winemaking, as their first vines were planted over 30 years ago. Producing fine, distinctively regional wines that are elegant and assertive with glorious fruit flavors is only part of Oyster Bay's philosophy as the vineyard also partakes in careful viticultural practices including vine spacing, trellis configuration, canopy management and irrigation and vine monitoring systems.
