After spending a majority of his career working for Seagram's as a Master Distiller, Drew Mayville moved onto join Buffalo Trace Distillery. There he retained the title of Master Blender and crafted Caribou Crossing. THe first single-barrel Canadian whisky since the 19th century, is aged in oak barrels and was selected from over 200,000 barrels by Mayville. Bottled twice a year at the Buffalo Trace Distillery this whisky is filled warm spices and sweet aromatics that will have you on cloud nine.
