Boondocks American Whiskey

Aged for 11 years in American white oak barrel in Kentucky, Boondocks American Whiskey 95 Proof is made from 80-90% corn, by Dave Scheurich, one of the pioneers that help start the Woodford Reserve Distillery. Overall, the whiskey is spicy and warm with sweet undertones to mellow it any signs of burn. While Boondocks American Whiskey is not legally a bourbon, because it doesn't meet the legal standards of using new, charred barrels and it exceeds proof limits at distillation it is an exquisitely sweet choice to sip on.
