Traditionally known in France as oeil-de-perdrix (eye of the partridge), this wine has been made by the Wagner Family for 37 years. However, it is not a simple task as it requires precision and the utmost attention as the juice must quickly be pressed once it reaches the desired level of color. Partially fermented in French oak barrels, adds rich texture and light spice to beautifully complement the generous fruit flavors of this rose.
Notes: Dry, light-bodied. Aromas and flavors of grapefruit, pear, tangerine and orange blossom.
