The Pinot Project began in 2009 with a simple vision; a wine for the palate, the pocket, and the people. So naturally they decide to search the vineyards in Northern California where they were able to use grapes harvested in Sonoma County, Carneros & Monterey.
Fermented in 100% Stainless Steel with 20% of the blend aged for 5 months in French oak and left to rest for 6 months in bottle before release. The result? A silky, fruit-forward Pinot Noir with just the right amount of acidity that allow this wine to be paired with a variety of dishes.
Notes: Dry, light-bodied. Aromas and flavors of black cherry, pomegranate, and five spice.
