The grapes used for Rascal Pinot Noir were all hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 23 days. A select 20% of the wine was then aged for 5 months in French oak barrels.
The result is a Pinot Noir with a brilliant ruby red hue that is reflective of its intense and complex aroma.On the palate this wine is soft, fresh and round with a finish that hints of spice and brown sugar.
Notes: Dry, light-bodied. Aromas and flavors of cherry, blueberry, plum, vanilla and spice.
