Produced in accordance with the DOC regulations, Opici Marsala is produced in Sicily without the addition of caramel coloring or flavor stretchers like many other Marsalas on the market. Sourced from Grillo, Inzolia, Catarratto, and Damaschino grapes, Opici Marsala is blended with older reserves of Marsala to yield a pleasant baked cooking or drinking wine. Try sipping it at room temperature from a brandy snifter along with desserts for a sweet surprise.
