Using only the most premium grapes that were harvested by hand in the early morning hours. Comprised of 97% Malbec, 3% Petit Verdot, the grapes were crushed and cold soaked for 72 to 96 hours with the skins for up to three weeks to give this wine its deep hue. After which, the 65% of the wine was aged for 15 months in a combination of medium toast French and American oak barrels.
The result is a lush wine with layers of complexity that unfold with ripe notes of dark fruits and brown spices. Well-structured with round tannins, this wine culminates in a long finish.
