Master Distiller Marty Kairey, had a passion for crafted Arak well before starting the Zachlawi distillery, but it was only after his apprenticeship with Seagrams Master Distiller Roy Emerson, that Marty opened his Micro-Distillery some 15 years ago.
Although the brand is most commonly known for their inspired Arak collection, they have ventured out into creating Kosher alternatives to popular spirits such as Vodka and liqueurs.
