A blend of Muscat Canelli, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier, Yarden Mount Hermon White is refreshing and drinkable wine is great for everyday enjoyment. Harvested from vineyards on the cool Golan Heights, this blend of grapes were specifically exposed to a cold fermentation process in order to help to maintain the natural vitality. Delightful upon release, the wine is best appreciated within a couple of years of vintage.
