Created in 1989 but only recently available in the United States, Hibiki 17 Year Old Whisky is a blend of single malts from Suntory's two distilleries, Yamazaki and Hakushu, and grain whisky from their Chita distillery. However, don't get too attached as last year the company announced this product will be discontinued. Get it while you can as we have a few left!
Notes: Sweet. Aromas of peach, apricot, melon and lemon with flavors of toffee, black cherry, vanilla.
Pairings: Beef carpaccio, tempura vegetables, dark chocolate
