A Hidden gem among Israeli wineries, Flam Vineyards is located in the Judean Hills. At the helm is winemaker, Golan Flam who learned this fine art from his father, who served as a winemaker for famed Carmel vineyards for several years. Through his father's teachings, Golan has masterfully blended a tantalizing Bordeaux-style red blend in Flam Classico. Comprised of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, 16% Merlot, 13% Petit Verdot and 7% Syrah that is aged ten months in oak barrels Flam Classico is a wonderful medley of flavor.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas of blueberry, raspberry, and plum with flavors of vanilla, oak and pepper.
