Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that are grown in the Upper Galilee region of Israel, Barkan Platinum Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, elegant wine that undergoes a bit of a unique process.
During the vineyards yearly tasting of barrels, barrels are assigned to individual wines. Upon sampling from each barrel, notes are taken on those of which have exceptional quality.
Those barrels are then selected to continue to age for an additional 18 month and married to produce Barkan Platinum.
