Crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted barley that is triple distilled through three separate copper-pot stills. First, a wash still, then a feint still and finally a spirit still.
Jameson Caskmates IPA started off as an experiment, sending several of its used casks to Franciscan Well, a craft Irish brewery, to be used for their lager's aging. The famous Irish Whisky is then left to age in craft Irish Pale Ale-seasoned barrels to impart a unique layer of flavors that are distinctive and delightful.
