Created in 1860, Early Times Bourbon Whiskey is more American than apple pie. The name Early Times was chosen as a tribute to the old-fashioned method of making whisky-- in other words the hard way. Made from 79% Corn, 11% Rye, 10% Malted Barley, this Bourbon is double distilled and aged a minimum of three years in heat-cycled warehouses and barreled in seasoned American white oak barrels.
