Grown in the Iconic wine growing region of Heathcote, Central Victoria Australia. Nestled between the Goulburn Valley and Bendigo regions, this Heathcote is known for producing some of the most premium Shiraz on the market. Originally used as a grazing pasture for sheep grazing this lush terrain was soon cultivated for wine in the 1860's but it would take another 100 years before the area would experience the wine boom we know today. Cambrian Rock Heathcote Shiraz displays a bold palate with fragrant aromas of ripe dark fruits and soft velvety tannins to finish. Well worth its price this wine is easily a favorite among shiraz fans as one of the wine pioneers and dignitaries of the Heathcote region.
