“Zulal means “pure"; a fitting name for this Armenian brand that focuses on the authenticity of the local terroir and its indigenous varietals.
Comprised of 100% Areni grapes, (which is basically a cross between Pinot Noir and Sangiovese grapes) then fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in Caucasian and French oak barrels for 18 months. Zulal Areni Reserve has robust earthy flavors that lend itself perfectly to a variety of dishes.
